Last of the kids

Our final doe goat had twins last Friday, her first time as a mama. This was the final nanny we had left to give birth, so we are done with goat births for this year. In total, we have 11 new kids -- 6 females, 5 males, I think. Steven will decide which he will keep and which he will sell at a later time.




So we began 2011 with a herd of 7 and now we have.. 18? Hope the rains come soon to wake up the pasture for spring!
